Pediatric Occupational Therapy Evaluation - $400
1-1.5 hour occupational therapy evaluation for individuals ages 18 months-21 years. Parents/ caregivers are required to participate, and all families will receive a printed write-up of the evaluation findings. Therapist and family will review the evaluation to discuss findings and goals.

Individual OT Session - $130
60-minute pediatric occupational therapy sessions specifically tailored to the child. Parents/caregivers are encouraged, but not required, to participate.

Individual Session: OT Feeding Therapy - $150
60-minute sessions where the child will engage in play-based explorations of food to increase their willingness to eat. Skilled techniques from the SOS Approach to Feeding curriculum will be utilized. Parents are highly encouraged to participate.

OT Re-Evaluations - $200
Re-evaluations occur to update the caregivers and clients on the progress made, skills that continue to benefit from treatment, and the identification of new skills to work on.
